We ask that you notify us a minimum of 24 hours in advance should you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, to avoid 50% charge for the service. No-show appointments will be charged at full value. Late arrivals – if you run late, your treatments will be completed within the scheduled time and you will be charged in full. When booking to redeem a Gift Voucher please quote the voucher number. If you have booked to redeem a Gift Voucher and do not cancel within 24hours, we will consider the voucher redeemed. Any complains need to be notified to the owner within 48 hours. Appoint only. 50% up-front payment to secure your booking on a weekend. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
